You are invited to attend a free interactive industry session focused on the positive promotion of mentally healthy workplaces in the retail sector.
At this session, you will gain key insights into the retail industry in relation to mentally healthy workplaces and help you to identify the practical first steps to assist in developing and integrating positive leadership practices including easily available resources and tools for your organisation.
The session is aimed to help you:
- minimise the risk of harm from psychological injury,
- enhance the work environment, and
- increase prospects for long-term success and sustainability.
This session is part of the new LeadingWell Queensland collaboration which brings together SuperFriend, the Office of Industrial Relations, and WorkCover Queensland.
The collaboration has been developed specifically for senior leadership, to focus on building mentally healthy workplaces through strategic development, positive promotion and workplace culture.
