What if shopping as you know it was to change and give you more options than ever before?
That’s the questions Myer and eBay is posing to shoppers around Australia.
Together they have created Shopticals, a virtual reality shopping department store experience. In a world first, customers can shop in the comfort of their own home by using Samsung Gear VR, Google Cardboard or purchase eBay’s shopticles together with the eBay VR app, although users must first have an eBay account.
The app is support by iPhone 5s and up and Samsung S5 and equivalent devices.
With more than 20,000 items on offer in the virtual store, user explore the store from three categories, going deeper into each one until they come to an individual product.
