This week, the NRA Training and Development team delivered a customised program for Strandbags at their annual conference in Sydney. This is the third consecutive year that our Trainer Jo Maxwell has been invited to present at this event, and is something that she loves to do and looks forward to. This year the topic was, Effective Multisite Leadership, and Strandbags managers learnt about:

- Empowering your teams
- Delegation
- Time Management
- Effective Problem Solving
We are finding that many of our members are approaching us to deliver short, tailored workshops such as this. Expectations about the level of service that we provide to customers have changed, and retailers need to respond to remain competitive.
