Last Wednesday 11 May delegates attended an extravagant gala dinner in Melbourne for the Retail Customer Excellence Awards hosted by our partners Inside Retail.
The awards night gives recognition to retailers in Australia who are creating Customer Centric organisations that have the customers’ needs and wants engrained into every company decision to deliver an extraordinary experience at every touch point of the brand.
The National Retail Association was this year’s proud sponsor of the Loyalty Program Experience Award and would like to congratulate 2016’s winner Petbarn for their valuable loyalty program offered to customers, giving tangible benefits to the growth of the business and offering activities which creates long standing, loyal customers.
